Wolseley residents could soon know the fate of the Old Grace Hospital site at 189 Evanson St. Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation (MHRC) has issued a Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) from parties interested in developing housing on that site. OGHC hires DSI Tandem Consultants
We’re pleased to announce that we have contracted with DSI Tandem Consultants to facilitate the development of our project. Under their direction we are presently putting together a business plan and a project proposal. We expect that the Government will issue a request for proposals to develop the site early in 2014.
