East Side Ventilation will be coming to the co-op Monday, December 9 to replace the furnace filters and wash the HRV filters.

Please ensure that the areas in front of and below the furnace and HRV are clear.

If you are not home, a member of the maintenance team will let them in to your suite and accompany them while they are there.

If you don’t wish to be disturbed before and certain time please leave a note on your door.
