Services Provided for November 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025
The Customer hereby agrees to engage the Service Provider to provide the Customer with services (the “Services”) consisting of the following. Services will be provided based on current weather conditions and includes but are not limited to the following dates:
a. Snow Removal is provided from November 1 – March 31. Snow removal services will include:
- Scope of Snow Plowing: Riker Contracting Corp. will plow the parking lot, center passthroughs on an automatic basis when 5 centimetres or more of snow has fallen or accumulated. The Service Provider will make all reasonable attempt to service the property within 24 hours of snowfall ending.
- Scope of Complete Cleans + Hauling: Riker Contracting Corp. will provide complete cleans and hauling services on an on-call basis.
- Scope of Sanding: For liability purposes, sanding services will be provided following all snow removal services.
b. The Services will also include any other tasks which the Parties both agree on. The Service Provider hereby agrees to provide such Services to the Customer.
