Planned trees, shrubs, perennials, and grasses

Old Grace Housing Co-operative’s landscaping plans call for extensive tree, shrub, and grass planting on all sides of the building that face the public streets (Arlington, Preston and Evanson) and in the interior courtyard.

OGHC member Barbara Barnett has researched the cultural meaning, medicinal significance, and the varied uses of the plantings that will be included in our landscaping.

You can read what she discovered by following these links.

You can read a brief note from Barbara on the plantings here.
