OGHC teams and committees and the Board have generated thousands of digital and paper documents and emails. Most of these are presently stored in members’ personal filing cabinets, personal computers, and tablets.
The Board hopes we can start to organize the way this information is stored, protected, and made accessible.
A first step is to find out what people are collecting and how they are storing it. We’re surveying chairs of all OGHC work groups and committees.

We are asking one person from each committee or group to fill out a response for the committee. Please respond to this survey by April 15, 2022.
There are no right or wrong answers to any of these questions. For example, when we ask whether you take minutes, that does not mean you should start to take minutes.
