Common area guidelines

A new Covid-19 variant is now in Canada. In light of what the World Health Organization has identified as a serious development, OGHC is reminding its members of the rules that we have put in place for the use of all common areas.
1. Members and their guests must follow the guidelines on common area use that have been approved by the OGHC board. These guidelines are posted in the lobby, with changes communicated to members in other ways.
2. Gatherings of people from two or more households using indoor OGHC common spaces are limited to individuals who have been fully vaccinated.
3. Gatherings of people from two or more households include private and co-op gatherings, both informal and booked. Organizers or hosts of these gatherings must ask participants to show their proof of vaccination.
4. Where OGHC guidelines and Manitoba Public Health Orders differ, the more stringent guidelines apply. They will remain in place until removed by the board.
OGHC can deny you the right to use common areas if you do not follow these rules.
